Shipping & Returns

We take great pride in our packaging for shipment via UPS. All packages are secured as best we can, to try and reduce issues with you getting a damaged item. Unfortunately accidents happen sometimes with UPS and their insurance investigation requires specific information and pictures to process a replacement for you. By placing an order and requesting shipping, you agree to notify us immediate of any problems, provide the required information, pictures, and keep the packaging as required by UPS. UPS will require the damaged items be boxed back up and sent back to them for inspection. Unfortunately this is what they require.

Once the approval from UPS comes through, we will get your replacement items in process and immediately back out to you.

Providing the pictures and information as requested is essential in getting the process going. Delays in any step will cause further delays in getting a replacement sent out.

General production of signs, directionals, etc. is 3 business days from the order date. If you request changes to your layout (add picture, change information) production is 3 business days from the approval time. We cannot rush items due to requested changes being made. Please make every effort to leave time to make the changes you request and promptly respond to the proofs.

Production for business cards is generally 7-10 business days from approval and all other products generally require 3 business days unless otherwise specified BEFORE payment. Shipping is also available and quoted before payment.
