Charles Town, Frederick, and Rehoboth office agent signs have specific Broker info. All other signs will receive the standard brokerage info shown in the product image, unless requested in writing at the time of purchase.

If requesting a picture on your magnets, please send print ready pictures in an email to [email protected] after your order. Orders requesting pictures are placed on hold until pictures have been received via email. Proofs will be provided and approval required before production starts.

Pictures requiring editing will be charged an additional fee.

Standard production is 3 business days. Rush options are available for standard designs ONLY (No picture or customization).

The standard print material is white sign vinyl. Printed and Laminated. This is durable and weather resistant.

These templates have been reviewed and approved by Samson and meet advertising requirements in MD, VA, WV, DE and DC. The phone number at the bottom is the broker's number as required in all states. If you would like alternate information for your office or brokerage, you need to send it in an email with your order. We are NOT responsible for illegal designs, deviating from the approval templates.
