Due to how CMYK Black prints, the color black and backgrounds or large areas may look grey or washed out due to saturation on white corrugated plastic. Additionally, different files may print differently. This is normal and a limitation of how these files are created. Please keep this is mind when ordering. Pictures, if allowed, may print with a red hue (sunburn).

Charles Town, Frederick, and Rehoboth office agent signs have specific Broker info. All other signs will receive the standard brokerage info shown in the product image, unless requested in writing at the time of purchase.

These templates have been reviewed and approved by Samson and meet advertising requirements in MD, VA, and DC. The phone number at the bottom is the broker's number as required in all states. If you would like alternate information for your office or brokerage, you need to send it in an email with your order requesting the change. We are NOT responsible for illegal signs, deviating from the approved templates.

Headshots and Production time

IF this product requests a picture on your sign, please send print ready pictures in an email to [email protected] after your order. Orders are placed on hold until pictures have been received via email. Proofs will be provided and approval required before production starts. Sign includes initial design creation and 2 edits. Additional edits will be charged per edit.

Pictures requiring editing will be charged an additional fee.

Standard production is 3 business days. Rush options for production are available for standard designs ONLY (No picture or customization). RUSH Fees are for PRODUCTION ONLY. Ground shipping is used in all cases and delivery times are not promised by NVA or UPS. Your production time starts at approval of artwork, if required.

Standard signs without pictures do not receive a proof and go straight to production. Requests for proofs of any product needs to be made at the time of ordering via email to [email protected], proofs are at our discretion only.
